• Location: Liberec (Hybrid after onboarding: 3 days in office, 2 days from home)

Description

You will administer, secure, and develop an enterprise Microsoft 365 environment, focusing on Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. The role includes identity and access management in Entra ID (Azure AD), configuring security features such as MFA, Conditional Access, and DLP, and leading M365 migrations and projects. You will also automate tasks with PowerShell, handle complex technical issues, and collaborate with security, IAM, and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Administration and development of M365 services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive

• Identity and access management in Entra ID (Azure AD)

• Security configuration: MFA, Conditional Access, DLP

• Lead migrations and M365 projects

• Automate using PowerShell

• Resolve more complex technical problems

• Collaborate with security, IAM, and infrastructure teams

• Mentor junior colleagues

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration

• Advanced knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID

• PowerShell scripting

• Knowledge of cloud security and compliance

• English at least B2

• Czech/Slovak required
