Description

Own and continuously improve the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment, working closely with Infrastructure, Security, and Identity teams. Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive), manage identity and access via Microsoft Entra ID, and configure security and compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
• Manage identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Configure and maintain security controls: MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, compliance policies
• Lead Microsoft 365 projects, migrations, and tenant-wide changes
• Develop PowerShell automation and operational improvements
• Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 and identity-related issues
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and IAM teams
• Act as an escalation point and technical mentor for junior team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud environments
• Advanced knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
• English communication skills (B2+)
