Description

You will lead the technical implementation and management of Microsoft Office 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online, along with tenant administration. The role includes tier 3 support and designing secure Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions aligned with compliance and business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer and implement Microsoft Office 365 solutions to support company expansion

  • Provide tier 3 support for the Microsoft Office 365 environment

  • Ensure production changes follow lifecycle methodology and risk/change management guidelines

  • Mentor team members and participate in architecture reviews and strategic initiatives

  • Design secure Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions tailored to compliance and business requirements

  • Handle escalated issues related to messaging, collaboration, and identity services

  • Collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams for cohesive integrated cloud solutions

  • Improve documentation and operational standards while driving continuous service improvements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in relevant roles

  • Strong administration expertise across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Active Directory, and Azure

  • Experience managing cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and/or GCP (security groups, load balancers, resource groups, networking)

  • Proficiency configuring Azure resources such as Virtual WAN, Route Tables, Application Gateway, and Azure Policy

  • Proficiency in PowerShell and C# to build automation and runbooks

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and service connections

  • Experience deploying Azure resources with Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Terraform, Bicep)

  • Knowledge of private endpoints and private DNS zones, including large-scale configurations

  • Understanding of version control systems (Git, GitHub)

  • Skills in Office 365 user, license, and group management

  • Competency in security controls: Azure Information Protection (AIP), DLP, Conditional Access, and Advanced eDiscovery

  • Background with Active Directory and other enterprise technologies (VMware, Storage, SQL Server, Backup & Recovery)

  • Troubleshooting, problem management, and solution design experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
