Description

Lead the technical implementation and management of Microsoft Office 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online, plus tenant administration. Provide tier 3 support for a comprehensive Microsoft Office 365 environment and ensure production changes follow lifecycle methodology and risk/change management guidelines. Mentor teammates, take part in architecture reviews, and design secure Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions aligned to compliance and business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer and implement Microsoft Office 365 solutions to support company expansion

  • Provide tier 3 support for Microsoft Office 365

  • Ensure production changes follow lifecycle methodology and risk/change management

  • Mentor team members and participate in architecture reviews and strategic initiatives

  • Design secure Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions for compliance and business needs

  • Handle escalated issues related to messaging, collaboration, and identity services

  • Collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated cloud solutions

  • Improve documentation and operational standards; drive continuous service improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant roles

  • Expertise administering Microsoft Office 365 across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Active Directory, and Azure

  • Experience with Azure (and optionally AWS/GCP) including security groups, load balancers, resource groups, and networking

  • Azure resource configuration skills: Virtual WAN, Route Tables, Application Gateway, Azure Policy

  • Proficiency in PowerShell and C# for automation and runbooks

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

  • Infrastructure as Code experience (ARM templates, Terraform, Bicep)

  • Understanding of private endpoints and private DNS zones; large-scale configurations

  • Version control knowledge (Git, GitHub)

  • Strong Office 365 user, license, and group management skills

  • Security/compliance controls: Azure Information Protection (AIP), DLP, Conditional Access, Advanced eDiscovery

  • Background with Active Directory, VMware, storage, SQL Server, and Backup & Recovery

  • Troubleshooting, problem management, and technology solution design experience

  • Nice to have: Microsoft 365, Azure, and DevOps certifications
