Description

You will lead the technical implementation and management of Microsoft Office 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online, along with tenant administration. The role focuses on deep Microsoft 365 expertise—especially email administration—and experience designing and deploying cloud technologies at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer and implement Microsoft Office 365 solutions for company expansion needs
  • Provide tier 3 support for the Microsoft Office 365 environment
  • Apply lifecycle methodology and risk/change management to production changes
  • Mentor team members and participate in architecture reviews and strategic initiatives
  • Design secure Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions aligned to compliance and business requirements
  • Resolve escalated issues in messaging, collaboration, and identity services
  • Work with security, application, and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated cloud solutions
  • Enhance documentation and operational standards while driving continuous service improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of work experience in relevant roles
  • Expertise administering Microsoft Office 365: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Active Directory, and Azure
  • Background managing cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) including security groups, load balancers, resource groups, and networking
  • Experience configuring Azure resources: Virtual WAN, Route Tables, Application Gateway, Azure Policy
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and C# for automation and runbooks
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and service connections
  • Ability to deploy Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Terraform, Bicep)
  • Knowledge of private endpoints and private DNS zones
  • Experience with Office 365 user, license, and group management
  • Security controls knowledge: Azure Information Protection (AIP), DLP, Conditional Access, Advanced eDiscovery
  • Background in Active Directory, VMware, Storage, SQL Server, and Backup & Recovery
  • Troubleshooting, problem management, and technology solution design skills
  • Certifications are preferred: Microsoft 365, Azure, and DevOps
