Description

Support and manage enterprise-grade IT infrastructure and critical systems including Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. Administer identity and security services (Okta, Azure AD, Mimecast, O365 ATP), maintain backup and disaster recovery, and ensure system uptime and performance. Provide escalation support and collaborate on infrastructure projects and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage enterprise-grade IT infrastructure and systems

• Monitor, maintain, and validate backup and recovery processes

• Administer and support Okta (SSO, MFA, Identity Management)

• Manage Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)

• Work with Azure AD, AWS integrations, and cloud services

• Administer Mimecast and O365 security (ATP)

• Manage Active Directory (Group Policy, DNS, Sites & Services)

• Monitor and troubleshoot PowerShell automation scripts

• Ensure system uptime and performance; recommend improvements

• Support and maintain Windows and Linux server environments

• Act as an escalation point for IT support teams

• Collaborate on infrastructure projects and continuous improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years in Systems Administrator / IT Infrastructure roles

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux OS

• Experience managing Active Directory (ADUC)

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration

• Experience with PowerShell scripting

• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery processes

• Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization

• Familiarity with NAS solutions and CIFS/SMB protocols

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate and/or VMware Certified Associate (preferred)

• On-site role with presence in the Liberec office five days per week
