Description

Lead the technical implementation and management of Microsoft Office 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online, plus tenant administration. Provide tier 3 support, ensure production changes follow lifecycle and risk/change management practices, and address escalated issues across messaging, collaboration, and identity services. Design secure Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions aligned with compliance and business requirements and improve operational standards through documentation and mentoring.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer and implement Microsoft Office 365 solutions for company expansion needs

  • Provide tier 3 support for the Microsoft Office 365 environment

  • Ensure production changes follow lifecycle methodology and risk/change management guidelines

  • Mentor team members and participate in architecture reviews and strategic initiatives

  • Design secure Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions tailored to compliance and business requirements

  • Resolve escalated issues in messaging, collaboration, and identity services

  • Coordinate with security, application, and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated cloud solutions

  • Enhance documentation and operational standards; drive continuous service improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Administer Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) and manage Active Directory and Azure environments

  • Manage cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) including security groups, load balancers, resource groups, and networking

  • Configure Azure resources such as Virtual WAN, Route Tables, Application Gateway, and Azure Policy

  • Automate using PowerShell and C# for runbooks

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and service connections

  • Deploy infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code tools (ARM templates, Terraform, Bicep)

  • Understand private endpoints and private DNS zones for large-scale setups

  • Use version control systems including Git and GitHub

  • Manage Office 365 users, licenses, and groups

  • Implement security controls such as Azure Information Protection (AIP), DLP, Conditional Access, and Advanced eDiscovery

  • Background with Active Directory, VMware, Storage, SQL Server, and Backup & Recovery

  • Troubleshoot and design technology solutions for enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environments

Qualifications

  • Certifications are preferred (Microsoft 365, Azure, DevOps)
