Description

You will communicate with business customers by phone, sell printer consumables, and follow up on orders and open requests. The job focuses on being friendly and professional while also being direct and persistent when customers delay, say no, or miss deadlines. You don’t need to know everything in advance—ask good questions and hand off to the right colleague when needed.

Responsibilities

• Call customers and maintain regular communication

• Sell printer consumables to business customers

• Remind customers about needs and pending orders

• Follow up on partially completed items and make sure nothing stalls

• Route product/technical questions to the appropriate teammate

Requirements

• Comfortable picking up the phone and contacting customers

• Warm, courteous, and pleasant communication style, combined with firmness

• Ability to handle “no” and lack of time without taking it personally

• Persistent follow-up (e.g., committing to call again tomorrow)

• Not an aggressive, script-only salesperson

• Enjoys talking with people and has a natural drive to close

• Availability for about 6 hours per day (up to 8 hours)
