Description

You will build and develop an end-to-end SaaS product: backend in Python/Django and frontend in JavaScript (React) with Django Templates/Jinja. You will focus on code quality (CI/CD, unit and integration tests with >90% coverage, automated error monitoring), performance, and active participation in code reviews. You will also collaborate with business teams and contribute to AI-enabled tooling by testing and recommending AI tools for the development process.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evolve new product features across backend and frontend
• Maintain and improve code quality and performance; participate in code reviews
• Help architect the system with the team and deliver fixes
• Propose technologies and independently solve ongoing technical problems
• Test and recommend AI tooling that supports software development
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to understand business goals

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial software development
• Excellent Python, Django, and DRF knowledge; comfortable with frontend (React, Django Templates)
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, AWS, and REST API design
• Experience with Claude Code or other agentic tools (subagents, skills, worktrees) and ability to explain the generated code
• English at B1/B2 minimum
• Independence, technical curiosity, and responsibility for production
