Description

We build proprietary, scalable enterprise platforms for international markets that manage complex business processes and lifecycles. This role focuses on developing and maintaining web applications without writing repetitive code in legacy systems, using clean architecture and a modern tech stack. You’ll use AI as an engineering tool within a Spec Driven Development (SDD) workflow for documentation, task specification, planning, and verification.

Responsibilities

• Develop proprietary product features for Polish and international markets

• Design, analyze, and implement solutions according to requirements

• Introduce new features and fix bugs in existing applications

• Maintain high code quality using Clean Code practices and code reviews

• Collaborate with the project team and deploy new system versions within scope

Requirements

• Experience building and developing web applications

• Strong knowledge of Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem; ability to design efficient REST APIs

• Proficiency creating UIs with Angular (TypeScript)

• Architectural thinking using design patterns and clean code principles (SOLID, Clean Code, TDD)

• Practical database skills with document (e.g., MongoDB) and relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) databases

• English at least B2 for communication and writing/reading technical documentation

• Ability to program with AI using the SDD model
