Description

You will develop and maintain a production-grade warehouse control system (WCS) that connects automated warehouse technologies with higher-level customer systems, along with related products. The work spans backend REST APIs in Python/Django, frontend development in React/TypeScript, and integrations with customer ERP/WMS systems through files, databases, and web interfaces. You will also support deployment and troubleshooting in production.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend in Python with Django: REST API, business logic, data model, migrations
• Develop frontend in React/TypeScript
• Integrate with customer systems (ERP, WMS) via files, databases, and web interfaces
• Communicate with warehouse automation and tune system behavior in live operations
• Write tests, perform code reviews, and contribute to system architecture
• Maintain CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Docker images, and Windows installers
• Use AI tools (Claude Code) as part of daily development
• Support customer deployments and resolve production issues

Requirements

• Experience building backend in an object-oriented language with solid code design fundamentals
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL (schema design, queries, transactions)
• Basic React knowledge (components, state, API calls)
• Proficiency with Git (branches, pull requests, code review)
• Independence and responsibility for your code; ability to see tasks through to completion
• Technical English level at least B2
