Description

You will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end software applications from frontend to backend. You’ll build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces, develop server-side components, and optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability. You’ll also handle database design and queries, testing/debugging, and collaboration to deliver integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize responsive web interfaces using modern UI/UX technologies

• Develop and maintain server-side components

• Monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems

• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and designers to integrate frontend and backend

• Write clean, efficient, well-documented code following best practices

• Use AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) to support development workflows

• Design database structures and write efficient queries

• Perform thorough testing and debugging to resolve issues and bottlenecks

• Stay current with industry trends and propose improvements to backend architecture and development processes

• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

• Work with DevOps engineers to deploy and maintain applications in production

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience

• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, React, and TypeScript

• Expertise in agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor

• Familiarity with AWS

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
