Description

Develop and integrate modern web applications with Angular on the frontend and Java (Spring Boot) on the backend. Implement backend services, integrate them with the frontend, and deliver tested code. Integrate with other systems using REST, SOAP, and Kafka, and support troubleshooting through log analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Angular web application features with focus on performance, readability, and maintainability
• Make technical decisions within the project scope and participate in code reviews
• Implement Java backend services using Spring Boot and integrate them with the frontend
• Deliver tested code, including frontend and backend unit tests
• Integrate the application with other systems using REST, SOAP, and Kafka
• Diagnose and fix defects using log analysis tools

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial development experience
• Minimum 4 years with Angular (Angular 19+): components, modules, services, dependency injection, routing, forms, lazy loading, optimization
• Minimum 3 years with Java (Java 18+), Spring Boot 3+, and JPA
• Minimum 1 year using AI tools in the software development process
• Minimum 2 years delivering projects in Agile (Scrum preferred)
• Very good TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+) knowledge and RxJS
• Knowledge of Angular Material or another UI component library
• Frontend unit testing experience (Jest or Vitest)
• Frontend tooling knowledge: Node.js, npm, webpack or Vite
• HTTP and system integration knowledge: REST, SOAP, Kafka
• PostgreSQL database knowledge
• Containerization tooling knowledge: Docker, Kubernetes
• Build tools: Maven or Gradle; CI/CD: Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Version control systems: Git, Bitbucket, GitHub
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows
• Debugging/log analysis tools knowledge: Kibana, Elasticsearch
