Description

Senior Full Stack Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end software applications from frontend to backend. You will build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces, implement server-side components with Python/FastAPI, optimize backend performance and reliability, and design database structures and queries. You’ll also use AI coding agents (e.g., Cursor and Claude Code) to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize responsive web interfaces using modern UI/UX technologies

• Develop and maintain server-side application components

• Monitor and optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability

• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and designers to integrate frontend and backend

• Write clean, efficient, well-documented code following best practices

• Use AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) to support development workflows

• Design and optimize database structures and queries for storage and retrieval efficiency

• Perform testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks

• Stay current with industry trends and propose improvements to backend architecture and processes

• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

• Coordinate with DevOps engineers to deploy and maintain production applications

• Provide technical guidance and support as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience

• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, React, and TypeScript

• Expertise in agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor

• Familiarity with AWS

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
