Description

You will design, develop, and maintain advanced business applications across the frontend and backend. The role includes building interactive user interfaces and data visualizations (diagrams/graphs), implementing APIs and integration services (REST/SOAP), and ensuring performance and security with scalable, maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced business applications (frontend + backend)

• Create interactive UI elements, diagrams, and data visualization mechanisms

• Design and develop APIs and integration services

• Collaborate with business analysts to build interfaces aligned with the company Design System

• Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions

• Design, implement, and optimize algorithms used in the applications

• Ensure performance, security, and compliance with non-functional requirements

• Integrate applications with other systems and work with technology teams

• Maintain code quality via code review, refactoring, and automated tests

• Create and update technical documentation

• Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement improvement actions

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of commercial software development experience

• Minimum 5 years with JavaScript and TypeScript

• Minimum 5 years with React for building applications

• Minimum 3–4 years with GoJS or comparable interactive diagram/graph solutions

• Minimum 3 years building backend solutions in Java with Quarkus

• Very good knowledge of frontend ecosystem: HTML5, CSS3, Sass

• Practical ability to design complex interfaces (nodes, connections, templates, graphic layouts, custom user interactions)

• Good knowledge of web app architecture, design patterns, and principles for scalable and maintainable code

• Experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Quarkus

• Knowledge of relational databases, especially Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL (procedures, functions, views)

• Experience designing and integrating services using REST API and SOAP

• Practical experience with Maven, NPM, Git, and GitLab

• Ability to work with Docker, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes

• Experience writing unit and integration tests; automate web application testing

• Practice in code review, refactoring, and performance optimization

• Independence in solving technical problems and effective collaboration with the team
