Description

Lead engineering for cloud-native data and NoSQL solutions and drive next waves of AI adoption across diverse client domains. Build and deploy hybrid cloud/on-prem architectures, mentor teams, and deliver high-quality analytical solutions using modern data frameworks. Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to design architectures, review code, and document projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative analytical solutions using Cloud Native, Data, and NoSQL-related technologies
• Develop and implement Cloud/On-Premise/Hybrid solutions using best-in-the-class data frameworks
• Drive next waves of AI adoption
• Work with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and evaluate new features and architecture to help drive decisions
• Perform detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments to design quality technical solutions
• Actively participate in code review and ensure test solutions meet best-practice specifications
• Build and foster a high-performance engineering culture; mentor team members and provide tools and motivation
• Write project documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development with Data Software Engineering technologies
• Advanced knowledge of Python
• Extensive experience with Spark and Databricks
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and/or GCP
• Experience and confidence using AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Experience managing small and mid-size teams using Agile methodology
• Ability to explain technological solutions in a simple, business-oriented way
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (B2+)
