Description

You will lead the DQIM governance process for a financial data-quality program, ensuring effective governance, cross-domain coordination, and continuous reduction of the issue backlog.

The role includes running triage operations, monitoring backlog health and RCA progress, driving structural improvements (e.g., intake gates, issue clustering, targeted RCA, closure controls, reporting, and automation opportunities), and handling escalations.

You will also provide transparent management reporting on backlog status and progress.

Responsibilities

• Own the DQIM governance process and run triage boards

• Coordinate cross-domain activities across GF, CDW, CCM, and source teams to ensure clear accountability and escalation of impediments

• Monitor backlog health, ticket ownership, prioritization, RCA progress, and escalations to ensure timely issue resolution

• Drive structural improvements: intake gates, issue clustering, targeted RCA, closure controls, reporting, and automation opportunities

• Provide transparent management reporting on backlog status and progress

• Identify and escalate capacity, ownership, and dependency risks to sustain backlog reduction

Requirements

• Experience in project management and governance processes

• Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams and domains

• Strong backlog management, prioritization, and issue tracking skills

• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes

• Strong stakeholder management, reporting, and escalation skills

• Ability to identify process improvements and automation opportunities
