Description

You will lead and coordinate IT project teams, taking responsibility for project schedules, budgets, and quality. You will oversee delivery across all project phases, resolve issues across involved departments, and prepare project documentation. You’ll also maintain friendly, clear communication with clients and partners both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project teams

• Own project schedule, budget, and quality management

• Supervise implementation of individual project phases

• Troubleshoot and resolve problems across departments involved in the project

• Create and maintain project documentation

• Communicate effectively with clients and partners (internal and external)

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with successfully leading IT projects

• Prior IT project experience focused on: infrastructure, security, software development, or software implementation

• Experience on the supplier/vendor side is a strong advantage

• Fluent Czech/Slovak

• Ability to plan, develop, and achieve project goals

• Flexible, positive, goal-oriented approach and a friendly, approachable personality
