Description

You will manage a P&C/Claims project responsible for the technical connection of an internal broker portal to external comparison platforms. The role includes stakeholder communication, change control, budget and staffing coordination, and ensuring delivery of program services within agreed cost, time, and resource budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own technical integration of the internal broker portal and external comparison platforms
• Run project management for P&C / Claims
• Communicate with stakeholders and collect requirements
• Steer the change control procedure and ensure delivery of program services for the two subordinate projects within agreed cost, schedule, and resource budgets
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate deviations from the project plan; support milestone achievement
• Implement measures when deviations exceed agreed tolerances
• Manage the project staffing process in coordination with the Staffing Manager and performance areas
• Ensure compliance with One Essential with corresponding system documentation
• Document work results; participate in meetings and workshops
• Coordinate development and implementation of technical concepts
• Monitor and manage deadlines and budgets
• Proactively identify and resolve project problems
• Contribute technical know-how to the project team
