Description

Oversee project work and ensure installations comply with technical documentation and customer standards. You will manage task allocation, track timelines, communicate directly with the client, and handle bid inquiries and project cost planning. You will also create and implement project instructions/procedures and report project progress.

Requirements

• Technical degree (preferred: electrical, mechanics and machine construction, mechatronics, automation, robotics or related)

• Availability for international travel (~50% of time)

• Experience in a similar position

• Automotive industry experience (preferred)

• Ability to build long-term, partner-like business relationships

• Strong organization for self and team work; ability to set priorities

• Problem-solving skills

• Experience managing a team

• Ability to read technical documentation and engineering drawings

• German language knowledge

• Active Category B driver’s license
