Description

You will lead and support customer projects for an investment platform, helping onboard new clients through consulting, setup, and configuration of software and services. The role coordinates across product development, operations, and sales, with a strong focus on quality and risk management. You’ll work in a modern, flexible environment that emphasizes responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage specific customer projects
• Support establishing and further developing consulting services for onboarding and configuring platform solutions and services for new customers
• Support the planning, control, and execution of customer and internal projects
• Serve as the interface between product development, operational units, and sales
• Contribute to quality and risk management

Requirements

• Software/process experience in the financial services industry, especially in securities/investment
• Project management experience in developing and implementing complex software systems or in IT consulting
• Excellent communication skills and high customer orientation
• Entrepreneurial, analytical thinking with a results-oriented, proactive working style
• Strong social skills, communication, conflict resolution, and initiative
• Very good German skills
• Fluent English proficiency
