Description

Coordinate land acquisition for grid expansion projects in Baden-Württemberg. You will manage service providers, support negotiations with landowners and operators, and coordinate communication with authorities and interest groups. You will also conduct research on ownership and operating information, prepare land value and special expert reports, and support the project team with property-law topics and IT-based strategy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Procure rights to land for grid expansion projects in Baden-Württemberg
• Coordinate necessary external service providers
• Support negotiations with landowners and managers/operators
• Communicate with authorities and interest groups
• Research ownership and operating details
• Create land value assessments and special expert reports
• Support the project team on real-estate/legal acquisition matters
• Support project communications for information events
• Contribute to the further development of legal acquisition strategies and ensure implementation in IT tools

Requirements

• Degree in land/forestry, surveying, geography, or a comparable program; or vocational training with several years of relevant experience
• Ideally initial experience in project work or in land and pathway rights within the energy and infrastructure industry
• Excellent German (negotiation level) and good English
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pragmatically recognize and analyze tasks and prepare complex matters using known solution patterns
• Confident use of Microsoft Office and motivation to learn new IT domain applications
• Interest in interdisciplinary, cross-functional teamwork
