Description

Coordinate procurement logistics for construction materials such as steel, ropes, insulators, fittings, and cables. Monitor and align material deliveries, confirm performance, and help with factual invoice review, including preparing mast drawings and bill of materials and managing quality incidents. Work closely with the interface to equipment deployment planning and support the construction project lead while contributing to a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Operative coordination of procurement logistics
• Active monitoring and coordination of material deliveries
• Performance confirmation and factual invoice checking for received materials
• Compile and provide mast drawings and bill of materials
• Manage and track quality incidents
• Close coordination with the interface for equipment deployment planning
• Support the construction project lead (partial project)
• Contribute actively to a safe working environment

Requirements

• Completed training with a logistics specialization
• Several years of professional experience in construction, ideally in logistics and supply chain
• Confident handling of Microsoft Windows and common Microsoft applications
• Technical understanding and problem-solving skills
• Very good German and English skills
• Fast grasp, engagement, and resilience
• Organizational talent and reliability
• Willingness to travel
