Description

You will manage and support investment projects and tasks related to telecommunication services, including tender preparation, implementation, and financial settlement. You will also settle teleinformatics investment tasks according to internal company/group regulations and help oversee the settlement of service agreements for systems used by ENEA Operator. Additionally, you will perform tasks required by UKE based on the company’s obligations as a telecom operator.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and carry out investment tasks and projects (including tender/procurement procedure, implementation, and settlement)

• Settle teleinformatics investment tasks assigned to the office per internal regulations

• Collaborate on concluding and oversee settlement of service contracts for domain systems

• Perform tasks required by UKE based on telecom operator obligations

Requirements

• Technical higher education (preferred: teleinformatics/telecommunication networks)

• At least 3 years of experience in managing and settling investment projects/tasks and/or service contracts

• Desired knowledge and experience with teleinformatics solutions and public procurement (PZP)

• English at least intermediate level (spoken and written; technical terminology comprehension)

• Driving license category B

• Interpersonal skills: creativity, timeliness, availability, reliability, diligence, teamwork, ability to build relationships, stress tolerance
