Description

You will participate in cybersecurity projects and help manage IT telecommunication security, mainly for networks, data centers, and applications. Your work includes defining, implementing, and improving mechanisms to identify and manage cyber risk, conducting security reviews, and strengthening standards derived from IT security policy.

You will also support remote access governance for IT resources (including access for employees of third-party companies) and build tools that improve cyber risk analysis and the execution of assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business projects related to IT telecommunication security

• Define, implement, and develop mechanisms for identifying and managing cyber risk

• Prevent and eliminate the impact of cyber risks

• Conduct telecommunication security reviews, especially for networks, data centers, and applications

• Implement, develop, and refine standards resulting from the IT security policy

• Create and implement tools that improve processes for analysis and task handling

• Manage the remote access process to organizational IT resources (including third-party employees)

• Support IT security policies and IT security management processes

Requirements

• Higher education (preferred: Computer Science)

• Several years of professional experience in an IT security role (telecommunications IT infrastructure, IT security)

• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, tools, and concepts—especially for telecommunication networks, databases, operating systems, and applications

• Knowledge of server and end-user environments and related threats

• English proficiency enabling collaboration in an international team

• Effectiveness and business responsibility
