End-User Technology Specialist

Description

The End-User Technology Specialist provides comprehensive end-user IT support, including device hardware/software installation, updates, configuration, and diagnostics, as well as ongoing operation of office LAN and server environments. The role monitors network and teleconferencing systems, implements solutions to improve user productivity, and supports IT process optimization. You will also maintain documentation and equipment inventory, coordinate with vendors, and take part in IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users
• Install, update, configure, and diagnose hardware and software
• Support and maintain office networks (LAN) and server rooms
• Monitor the proper functioning of IT systems, including teleconferencing systems
• Implement solutions that improve how users work
• Optimize enterprise IT processes
• Create and maintain required IT documentation
• Manage physical IT assets and keep records of equipment (including inventory)
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers of computer equipment and IT services
• Work with other support teams
• Participate in and lead IT projects
• Prepare reports and summaries for assigned areas
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor related to the position

Requirements

• Technical secondary education
• 3+ years of IT experience
• English B2
• Very good knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office
• Very good knowledge of domain environments
• Very good knowledge of networking and network security
• Very good knowledge of Azure, Intune, M365, and remote support tools
• Good organization, planning, and task prioritization
• Deep knowledge of operating systems, computer networks, software, and computer hardware
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems
• Knowledge of Cisco and Poly video conferencing systems
