Description

You will install, configure, and maintain telecommunications equipment for data and voice services. The role includes monitoring and managing network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, optical and metallic networks), delivering and servicing customer connectivity (internet, VoIP, VPN), and diagnosing and resolving network and endpoint faults. You will also support users/customers, log and track requests in a ticketing system, and document the work performed.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of telecommunications technologies and network principles (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
• Familiarity with data networks and transmission technologies
• Technical mindset and strong willingness to learn
• Attention to detail, responsibility, communication skills, and teamwork
• Ability to work independently and think logically while learning
• Technical aptitude (education in the field not required)
