Description

You will design and build Microsoft Copilot Studio agents (task-based, retrieval-based, and autonomous) and orchestrate multi-agent conversation flows. The role also includes integrating agents with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, SQL/Oracle and custom apps) via secure REST APIs and developing Power Platform connectors for enterprise knowledge grounding. You will ensure governance, security, and responsible AI practices and manage deployment across DEV/UAT/PROD for industrial and Oil & Gas scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio

• Model and orchestrate agent conversations, including multi-agent capability chains

• Engineer prompts and control agent responses for optimal user experience

• Integrate Copilot agents with SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, SQL/Oracle, and custom applications via REST APIs

• Develop and maintain Power Platform connectors, including custom connectors (OpenAPI/REST) and secure API integrations (Azure Entra ID, OAuth 2.0)

• Enable enterprise knowledge grounding with structured/unstructured data handling and contextual retrieval (SharePoint, Dataverse)

• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and industry standards (DLP, RBAC, Responsible AI)

• Manage agent deployment lifecycle across DEV/UAT/PROD, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Platform agent development

• Hands-on integration experience with SAP, Salesforce, SQL/Oracle, and REST APIs

• Proficiency in custom connector development (OpenAPI/REST) and secure API integration (Azure Entra ID, OAuth 2.0)

• Strong understanding of enterprise data management (structured/unstructured; SharePoint, Dataverse)

• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, DLP policy enforcement, and RBAC

• Experience with deployment lifecycle management, monitoring, and performance optimization

• Industrial or Oil & Gas sector experience is a plus

• Excellent communication skills for requirements elicitation and stakeholder/cross-team collaboration
