Description

Develop Microsoft Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and build enterprise integrations with the Microsoft Power Platform. You will create task-based, retrieval-based, and autonomous agents, including prompt engineering and conversation orchestration (including multi-agent capability chains). You will also integrate agents with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, SQL/Oracle) via REST APIs, develop Power Platform connectors, and enable secure knowledge grounding with SharePoint and Dataverse.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Copilot agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Model and orchestrate agent conversations, including multi-agent capability chains
  • Engineer prompts and control agent responses for an optimal user experience
  • Integrate Copilot agents with enterprise systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, SQL/Oracle) and custom applications via REST APIs
  • Develop and maintain Power Platform connectors, including custom connectors (OpenAPI/REST) and secure API integrations (Azure Entra ID, OAuth 2.0)
  • Enable enterprise knowledge grounding and contextual retrieval for structured/unstructured data (SharePoint, Dataverse)
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and industry standards (DLP, RBAC, Responsible AI)
  • Manage agent deployment lifecycle (DEV/UAT/PROD), monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement for industrial and Oil & Gas use cases

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing Copilot agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio or Microsoft Power Platform
  • Hands-on integration experience with SAP, Salesforce, SQL/Oracle, and REST APIs
  • Proficiency in custom connector development (OpenAPI/REST) and secure API integration (Azure Entra ID, OAuth 2.0)
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data management for structured and unstructured data, including SharePoint and Dataverse
  • Knowledge of Power Platform governance, DLP policy enforcement, and RBAC
  • Familiarity with deployment lifecycle management, monitoring, and performance optimization
  • Industrial or Oil & Gas sector experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills for requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-team collaboration
