Description

You will strengthen a motivated team responsible for Microsoft infrastructure, particularly Microsoft 365 backend services and Active Directory. In this role, you support the implementation, optimization, and continuous development of Microsoft 365 across multiple tenants with several thousand user accounts. You will also help define governance and compliance guidelines and support end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Own responsibility for Microsoft 365 services in an international environment with multiple tenants and several thousand user accounts

• Consult and support the implementation and ongoing optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions

• Work with interdisciplinary and international project teams

• Define guidelines for the Microsoft 365 environment, including governance and compliance

• Train and support employees in using new technologies

Requirements

• Strong ability to learn new topics quickly and address challenges in a solution-oriented way

• Basic experience implementing and administering Microsoft 365 solutions

• First knowledge of Active Directory structures and how to apply them

• Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation of Microsoft 365 administration tasks

• Proactive, solution-oriented work style with motivation for continuous improvement

• Good German and English skills
