Description

You will consult and support customers using Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM), participate in developing and modifying CRM solutions based on customer needs, and gradually take ownership of your own customers and smaller projects. You’ll also track updates in D365 and Power Platform and bring relevant improvements to the team, while communicating with clients and documenting solutions with support from AI tools. From the start, you’ll work on real projects alongside experienced consultants.

Responsibilities

• Consult and support customers using Dynamics 365
• Contribute to the development and adjustments of CRM solutions to meet customer needs
• Gradually take responsibility for your own customers and smaller projects
• Monitor news in D365 and Power Platform and share insights with the team
• Communicate with customers and document solutions, supported by AI tools

Requirements

• Practical experience with Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) (e.g., ~1 year from a job, internship, or first role)
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Communication skills for daily customer contact
• Secondary education (high school diploma) or university degree
• Willingness to learn and grow (Microsoft certifications will be paid)
