Description

You will analyze business processes, automate them with Microsoft Copilot, and design conversational AI solutions using Agent Builder and Copilot Studio. Responsibilities include building and configuring agents, creating and optimizing system prompts, integrating knowledge sources, and extending agents with workflow and connectors. You will test response quality, monitor effectiveness, and ensure solutions follow Microsoft 365 security, governance, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities using Microsoft Copilot

• Select tools (Agent Builder or Copilot Studio) for specific scenarios

• Design agents, use cases, and conversational logic

• Create and optimize system prompts

• Build and configure agents in Agent Builder and Copilot Studio

• Manage knowledge sources (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, files, and web pages)

• Extend agents with integrations, workflows, and connectors

• Test and optimize the quality of responses and agent logic

• Monitor agent effectiveness and implement improvements

• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and compliance rules

• Collaborate with IT administrators on environments, access, and licenses

Requirements

• Higher education

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot

• Practical knowledge of Agent Builder

• Practical knowledge of Copilot Studio

• Ability to design and optimize prompts

• Experience managing knowledge sources for AI agents

• Experience testing quality of agent responses

• Basic knowledge of integrations, connectors, and workflows

• Knowledge of Power Automate

• Knowledge of security, permissions, and governance rules in Microsoft 365

• Independence, initiative, and responsibility

• Ability to work under time pressure

• Openness to new technologies and continuous development
