• Role: Tech Lead Developer (TRIPPY platform)

Description

Take technical ownership of TRIPPY across backend, frontend, and integrations. Lead architecture and development for TypeScript/Node.js and React applications, handle APIs, authentication, SSO, and enterprise integrations, and improve deployment and release processes. Ensure security, data protection, performance, and code quality while coordinating multiple independently deployed applications as one reliable product.

Requirements

• Several years of experience with a production TypeScript/Node.js backend

• Strong React + Redux Toolkit experience, including RTK Query (or similar)

• Experience with relational databases and an ORM such as Sequelize

• Good understanding of OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, and SSO

• Experience deploying applications to a PaaS environment and working with CI/CD pipelines

• Good understanding of security, encryption, and PII handling

• Ability to take ownership and make pragmatic technical decisions

• Comfortable working across backend and frontend
