Description

You will own frontend architecture and quality across multiple teams, ensuring React/TypeScript best practices at scale. The role combines technical leadership, frontend system design for long-term maintainability, performance optimization (load, rendering, and bundle efficiency), and practical introduction of AI tools into developers’ daily work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure solution quality and React/TypeScript best practices across all teams
• Design and maintain frontend architecture, including app structure, component reusability, and long-term maintainability
• Oversee frontend developers through code reviews and technical guidance for complex cases
• Set organization-wide standards and best practices for the frontend chapter
• Drive application performance improvements (page load time, rendering, and bundle optimization); identify bottlenecks and remove them before they become problems
• Recruit and develop team competencies by sharing lessons learned from challenging projects
• Identify where AI tools can realistically speed up development; test, implement, and share results with teams
• Develop and maintain the Frontend platform

Requirements

• Experience in a Tech Lead role or as a frontend architect
• Solid, long-term experience in frontend development
• Very good knowledge of React, TypeScript, and frontend architecture design principles
• Practical approach to application performance: diagnose problems and explain to teams why solutions are better
• Leadership and communication skills: justify technical decisions and gain team support
• Openness to AI tools supporting developer work
• Healthy skepticism toward hype: evaluate tools by real value
