Description

You will drive the platform’s technological strategy and enterprise architecture while leading the development team. The role also bridges product and business needs to technical execution and supports real customer implementations by simplifying, standardizing, and documenting install/implementation know-how.

Responsibilities

• Define technology strategy and provide technical leadership for platform development
• Design enterprise architecture and architecture for new functions, modules, and integrations
• Contribute to the product roadmap; translate business/customer needs into technical specifications
• Collaborate with sales on customer solution design and participate in product/presales/technical consultations
• Prioritize the technical backlog and ensure quality, security, scalability, and sustainability
• Build, lead, and develop technical specialists; set technical standards and development processes
• Decide on and evaluate key technologies; support security architecture
• Participate in selected client implementations
• Capture, structure, document, and transfer know-how via playbooks, checklists, and technical documentation to reduce dependency on individual expertise
• Identify parts of implementations that can be automated or simplified; standardize configuration and integration scenarios

Requirements

• Experience in technical leadership or leading development teams
• Strong architectural thinking and experience with enterprise systems and large application architecture
• Experience designing web applications/portal solutions/SaaS platforms
• Ability to produce technical proposals based on business requirements
• Practical experience with backlog management, prioritization, and technical documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration with sales, consultants, customers, and leadership
• Product and user-value mindset with focus on long-term maintainability
• Decision-making, accountability, and ability to deliver results
• Experience with Microsoft technologies
• Experience with cloud and on-premise environments
• Experience building/owning technical product capabilities
• Willingness to learn and understand implementation and operational realities at clients
