Description

You will work with the IT team to ensure all employees can work smoothly. The role focuses on problem solving, monitoring and troubleshooting, and supporting Windows- and Linux-based systems as well as networking, virtualization, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows and Linux servers

• Support and maintain network infrastructure

• Assist with implementing virtualization solutions (e.g., Proxmox) and cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Azure)

• Apply IT security measures

• Monitor systems, analyze errors, and resolve system incidents

• Provide first-level support for internal users

• Contribute to IT projects to optimize and automate processes

Requirements

• Successfully completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or comparable field

• Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux administration

• Practical experience with networking

• Knowledge of virtualization (e.g., Proxmox) and cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure)

• Secure understanding of IT security and backup concepts

• Strong analytical skills, high learning readiness, and structured independent working style

• Basic knowledge of IT security (ISO 27001)
