Description

Design modern, intuitive and accessible interfaces for an AI-first low-code system, where AI agents support users in creating and executing business processes. You will audit and improve existing solutions with emphasis on usability and accessibility, and work with users to test and validate ideas—including AI-related functionality. Translate business requirements into design solutions together with developers, analysts, and Product Owners.

Responsibilities

• Design the next generation of the low-code system as an AI-first solution supported by AI agents
• Audit and optimize existing solutions, with special focus on usability and accessibility improvements
• Collaborate with users to gather feedback and test designed solutions, including AI-based features
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into design solutions in collaboration with developer teams, analysts, and Product Owners
• Create mockups and prototypes in Figma
• Co-create the application Design System to ensure visual and functional consistency
• Create company marketing materials, including graphics, banners, and other visual assets

Requirements

• Analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions from research and data
• Ability to identify user needs and business needs
• Knowledge of wireframing/prototyping tools (preferred Figma)
• Knowledge of WCAG
• Knowledge of Responsive Web Design
• High care for aesthetics, details, and delivery quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Communicative English
• Portfolio with example projects (including concept projects)
