Description

Join a project team as an experienced and independent UI Designer for approximately 2–3 months. You will create polished user interfaces from business briefs, extend design system components, and build interactive Hi-Fi prototypes in Figma for testing and client presentations. The role focuses on accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design across different screen resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed UI interfaces based on business briefs and collaboration with a strategist
• Build and evolve components within complex Design Systems
• Produce interactive high-fidelity (Hi-Fi) prototypes in Figma for testing and client presentations
• Maintain high accessibility standards (WCAG) and adapt designs for multiple resolutions (RWD)
• Actively argue and explain design decisions during client meetings

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a UI Designer and a portfolio including FinTech, banking, e-commerce, or corporate site projects
• Expert-level, fluent Figma skills
• Deep understanding of Responsive Web Design (grid systems, breakpoints)
• Practical knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 (contrast, readability, clickable element sizing)
• Experience working with complex UI library components and creating scalable design system components
• Ability to build interactive Hi-Fi prototypes in Figma
• Capability to ask relevant questions, extract insights from briefs, and translate business assumptions into UI
• Ability to justify visual solutions with best practices, WCAG, and strategy
• Strong attention to detail (pixel-perfect): aesthetics, typography, visual hierarchy, spacing/grid
• Independence and strong organization: time estimation and well-organized design files
