Description

You will design responsive web interfaces with a strong focus on accessibility, consistency, and a coherent user experience. The work includes creating Hi‑Fi interactive prototypes in Figma and developing/extending Design Systems. You will translate user needs and business assumptions into polished, scalable UX/UI solutions aligned with WCAG 2.1/2.2.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive web interfaces for different screen resolutions using grid systems and breakpoints
• Translate user needs, briefs, and business requirements into intuitive and consistent UX/UI
• Design and iterate user journeys while ensuring cross-area experience consistency
• Create interactive Hi‑Fi prototypes in Figma for validation and presentation
• Extend existing Design Systems, UI libraries, and build new scalable components
• Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility standards
• Maintain visual-layer quality: typography, information hierarchy, grid, spacing, and component consistency
• Present concepts and justify design decisions using user needs, business requirements, and UX best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of commercial UX/UI design experience
• Portfolio showing digital product and web interface projects
• Very strong Figma skills, including practical Hi‑Fi interactive prototyping
• Very strong knowledge of responsive design (RWD), grid systems, and breakpoints
• Practical experience with WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards and accessible interface design
• Experience with complex Design Systems and building scalable components
• Ability to design intuitive user flows and map business requirements into UX/UI solutions
• Excellent visual sense (typography, hierarchy, layout, grid, spacing)
• Ability to present and defend design decisions
• Independence in planning, organizing, and estimating design scope
