Description

Design intuitive, accessible interfaces across the full UX cycle—from user research and low-/high-fidelity prototyping to usability testing and continued development of a scalable design system. Collaborate closely with the technology team to implement responsive screens, dashboards, and data visualizations aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research: interviews, consultations, and workshops

• Create information architecture, user flows, usage scenarios, and user journeys

• Produce responsive UI mockups and prototypes (low- and high-fidelity)

• Build, develop, and maintain a consistent design system

• Design accessible UX/UI per WCAG 2.1 AA and responsive design principles

• Design dashboards and ways to present and visualize data

• Run usability tests and heuristic analyses; provide product improvement recommendations

• Prepare onboarding, implementation materials, and project documentation for the development team

• Work closely with CTO and technical stakeholders to support implementation and product stages (Alpha, Internal Tests, Pilot)

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of at least one UX/UI design and prototyping tool (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent)

• Experience applying User-Centered Design and conducting user research

• Strong knowledge of information architecture, user flows, prototyping, and responsive interface design

• Knowledge of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and creating/developing design systems

• Experience designing dashboards and data visualization

• Practical knowledge of usability testing and heuristic analysis

• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and accessible digital interface design

• Ability to work effectively with the developer team and cross-functional product/technology teams
