Description

You will define the visual direction of a new native B2C mobile app, translate it into polished high-fidelity mobile interfaces, and create and scale a mobile design system ready for implementation. The role focuses on practical mobile UI expertise: from early concepts to coherent, scalable foundations, tokens, components, interaction patterns, and documentation. You will collaborate with another Product Designer and with mobile developers to ensure consistency, accessibility, and high implementation quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop the app’s visual direction and translate it into a consistent UI language
• Design high-fidelity mockups for mobile app screens
• Build and evolve a scalable mobile design system: foundations, tokens, components, states, interaction patterns, and documentation
• Design solutions that account for iOS and Android specifics
• Create prototypes to validate UI behavior, interactions, and motion
• Work closely with a second Product Designer to maintain UI consistency and visual quality
• Collaborate with mobile developers during design and implementation
• Ensure accessibility, visual quality, and consistency of the designed solutions
• Verify implementation quality through design QA

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in digital product design
• Practical experience designing commercial mobile apps (especially large e-commerce or m-commerce B2C; big-scale products like automotive/fintech/banking/telco are a plus)
• Strong visual/UI design craft: visual hierarchy, typography, color, layout, interaction detail
• Experience defining visual direction from scratch or from existing branding, and moving from exploration to coherent, justified solutions
• Practical knowledge of iOS and Android design patterns, including when to share solutions vs. use platform-specific approaches
• Experience creating and evolving a design system for a commercial product
• Ability to translate visual language into foundations, tokens, components, variants, and usage rules
• Experience collaborating with developers through consulting, addressing constraints, implementation, and quality verification
• Practical accessibility knowledge for mobile interfaces and components
• Clear communication and justification of design decisions; constructive feedback handling
• Polish and English proficiency at a level that enables comfortable work in both languages
