Description

Design clear, usable, and consistent interfaces, interactions, user flows, and related touch points for medium-complexity product areas. Translate user needs, research findings, business requirements, and technical constraints into practical design solutions. Create and iterate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed design specifications, then validate and deliver accessible experiences aligned with UX and Design System principles.

Responsibilities

• Design interfaces, interactions, user flows, and touchpoints
• Turn user and research inputs into solutions that meet business and technical constraints
• Create and iterate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed design specifications
• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, researchers, QA, and stakeholders
• Ensure design quality, consistency, accessibility, and alignment with UX and Design System principles
• Communicate design decisions, rationale, and constraints clearly
• Participate in critiques, design reviews, and UX activities
• Validate concepts via usability testing, research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback
• Contribute to coherent end-to-end experiences across products and touchpoints

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in UX, Interaction, or Product design
• Education in UX/Interaction Design/Visual Communication/Architecture/Product Design or related field
• Portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving approach, and outcomes for digital products
• Strong skills in Figma and prototyping tools
• Experience with user-centered design processes (research, ideation, prototyping, validation)
• Ability to understand and communicate technical topics
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Business proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Bonus: B2B product experience, Design Systems, usability testing/user research/product analytics, Jira, Confluence
