Description

Design comprehensive user experiences for a mobile application in fitness, health, and AI-driven coaching. Own end-to-end UX processes—from research and wireframes/prototypes to collaboration on implementation—while building and evolving the product design system. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and US stakeholders to shape product direction.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end UX for a mobile fitness/health app and AI coaching experiences
• Lead UX/UI project work: research, wireframes, prototypes, and support during implementation
• Build and evolve a design system (components, design patterns, visual standards)
• Work with Product, Engineering, and US stakeholders to define product development direction
• Help establish design standards and a strong design culture in a newly built R&D team
• Run user research, analyze data, and convert insights into design decisions

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of UX/Product Design experience
• At least 4 years of mobile UX/Product Design experience (iOS/Android)
• Ability to independently run UX/UI projects and make design decisions based on user needs and business goals
• Experience presenting user journeys and UI interactions (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Expert Figma skills: components, auto-layouts, prototyping, and developer handoff
• Ability to collaborate in a distributed international team (regular US meetings up to 17:00 CET)
• Portfolio showing the full design process from research/problem definition to implementation
• Fluent English (C1/C2) for daily collaboration with US teams
• Experience creating or evolving design systems for digital products
• Practical use of AI tools to support daily design work
