Description

You will work with a new team of specialists to deliver AI, automation, and digitalization solutions. The role covers everything from needs analysis and requirements gathering to roadmap development, supporting development and implementation, and ongoing solution management. You will translate business needs into concrete digital solutions and keep product documentation and processes up to date.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop the product roadmap for AI, automation, and digitalization solutions

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements and convert them into digital solution requirements

• Identify opportunities for AI, generative AI, chatbots, digital assistants, and automation to improve business processes

• Coordinate development and implementation with IT teams, developers, and business stakeholders

• Manage the product backlog, set priorities, and define next development stages

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and organizational goals

• Prepare and maintain product documentation, requirements, processes, and solution-related procedures

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar

• Experience developing product roadmaps, managing backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and managing requirements

• Practical experience with AI, generative AI, chatbots, automation, or process digitalization

• Ability to translate business needs into concrete digital solutions

• Experience working with business, IT, development teams, and key stakeholders

• Experience leading digitalization, automation, or process optimization projects

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Very good English (B2) and fluent Swedish (mandatory)

• Ability to work independently and take initiative from idea through to implementation
