Description

You will manage a section responsible for application platforms including MAXIMO, WEBCON BPS, and FLEXERA. The role includes coordinating with external vendors for system development, ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery, and providing technical leadership while developing team competencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of specialists supporting MAXIMO, WEBCON BPS, and FLEXERA systems

• Coordinate with an external vendor regarding development of solutions for the entire group

• Ensure the section operates effectively; manage and develop the competencies of the direct team

• Provide technical leadership and guarantee service quality and delivery speed

Requirements

• Practical end-to-end software development process knowledge

• Experience collaborating with an external supplier

• Knowledge of MAXIMO systems

• Knowledge of WEBCON BPS platform

• Knowledge of FLEXERA systems

• Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills

• Ability to deliver tasks on time, with accuracy and responsibility

• Strong organization and independence in a changing business environment

• Ability to quickly respond to emerging changes

• Team leadership skills based on goals and driving goal achievement
