Description

Responsible for maintaining, administering, and developing business applications running in high-availability environments. Involves participating in development projects, handling incidents and user requests, monitoring systems and integrations, and testing fixes, changes, and new features. Also includes creating and updating operational documentation and working with ITSM/ITIL processes.

Requirements

• Higher education
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar application maintenance area
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes
• Experience with Service Desk tools such as JIRA and Confluence (or similar)
• Ability to work with Microsoft 365 applications, especially SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Power BI
• Basic knowledge of web application architecture and API/system integration principles
• Knowledge of user access, roles, and permissions management
• Experience collaborating with business and external providers regarding maintenance and development
• Ability to prepare instructions, procedures, and documentation
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge and information protection principles for business systems
• Analytical thinking and independent diagnosis of problem causes
• Knowledge basics of license management and system documentation
• Good self-organization and ability to work on multiple topics in parallel
