Description

You will manage and develop network and Microsoft-based infrastructure, acting as the first contact for colleagues in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Poland. Responsibilities include administering LAN/WAN networks (Cisco, Meraki), Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online, and providing 1st & 2nd level support for end-user devices. The role also supports retail IT operations, incident analysis, and maintaining technical documentation and processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop LAN/WAN network infrastructure (Cisco, Meraki)

• Manage Active Directory (on-premise, Entra ID)

• Administer SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environment

• Handle onboarding and offboarding; maintain IT inventory

• Support end-user devices (Windows, Apple, Android)

• Ensure IT infrastructure operations in retail stores (Meraki Firewalls, access points, switches, printers, CCTV, POS systems)

• Provide 1st & 2nd level IT support to users in CZ/SK/HU/PL

• Collaborate on technical incident analysis and resolution

• Create and update technical documentation, processes, and user manuals

• Work with the international IT team in Switzerland and local departments

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system support, or IT administration

• Experience from a Service Desk or End-User Support environment

• Proficiency in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365

• Experience administering Cisco or Meraki networks

• Ability to handle incidents effectively and set priorities

• Enthusiasm for AI and automation

• Independent problem-solving and solution proposal

• Commitment to high-quality service

• Ability to produce clear technical documentation

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft, or ITIL certifications are an advantage

• Retail experience is a plus
