Description

You will take complete responsibility for designing and developing the company’s ICT environment, including server, client, and hybrid on-prem + cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on identity and access management (Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID / M365), security policies (MFA and Conditional Access), backup/restore, and continuous monitoring with proactive user support. You’ll also contribute to cybersecurity and ISMS activities and coordinate with external vendors under SLA.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the company’s ICT environment end-to-end

• Administer and develop HW and SW (servers, client devices, infrastructure)

• Manage hybrid server infrastructure (on-prem + cloud)

• Manage identities and access in Active Directory

• Manage identities and access in Microsoft 365 (Entra ID)

• Configure security policies (MFA, Conditional Access, access rules)

• Coordinate with external vendors and oversee SLA

• Proactively support users and improve their IT environment

• Set up and control backup and data restore

• Monitor and evaluate IT environment status

• Contribute to cybersecurity and ISMS

Requirements

• Relevant hands-on experience in a similar IT role (preferably senior/independent)

• Experience administering HW and SW including end-user devices

• Experience supporting users

• Microsoft and server infrastructure experience: Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams)

• Hybrid M365 identity integration (on-prem AD / cloud)

• Entra ID identity management: SSO, MFA, Conditional Access

• M365 licensing administration

• Windows Server 2019+

• Active Directory (AD DS) and Group Policy (GPO)

• AD CS

• DNS and DHCP

• Network Policy Server (NPS)

• Print Server

• Basic administration of MS SQL Server

• Endpoint management using Intune / MDM

• Basic device management standardization for Android and Apple

• Network/infrastructure fundamentals: Cisco, FortiGate, Ubiquiti (UniFi)

• Experience with NAS (e.g., Synology)

• Experience with backup (e.g., Veeam Backup)

• Experience with monitoring and alerting
