Description

You will provide end-user IT support at a manufacturing site and contribute to the development and optimization of IT infrastructure, including a camera and attendance system. Responsibilities include supporting users working primarily with Windows and Microsoft Office 365, as well as mobile platforms iOS and Android. You will also manage endpoint installation/configuration, printer operations, network/server infrastructure support, and maintain HW/SW records in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support to colleagues, mainly in Windows, Office 365, iOS, and Android environments
• Install, configure, and manage the lifecycle of end-user devices in line with IT directives
• Ensure correct operation of multifunction printers and barcode printers
• Support network and server infrastructure administration (Wi‑Fi, switches, cabling) and assist senior IT staff
• Maintain up-to-date records of assigned hardware and software in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus
• Communicate with IT and manufacturing-related vendors and with other IT colleagues within the group

Requirements

• Secondary education completed with a maturita diploma
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within an IT department
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and network services
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (endpoints and servers) and Office 365
• Communicative English level for regular communication with international colleagues
• Experience with IT support in a production environment is a plus
• Independent analytical thinking, friendly demeanor, and a positive approach
• Interest in learning new topics under the guidance of a senior IT colleague
