Description

You will provide end-to-end administration of IT infrastructure, including user accounts/access in Google Workspace and other SaaS tools, hardware maintenance, and network/inventory/licensing optimization. You will design, implement, and automate IT processes—leveraging AI where appropriate—and automate employee onboarding and offboarding. You will also support users in the Czech Republic and abroad and administer Windows and macOS.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts and access in Google Workspace and other systems (Slack, Jira, Microsoft 365, Bitdefender)

• Manage and maintain hardware (computers, printers, network equipment)

• Administer and optimize the company network, inventory, and software licenses

• Design and implement IT processes, select technologies, and automate using AI

• Automate onboarding and offboarding for employees

• Provide user support in the Czech Republic and internationally; prepare hardware for new starters; administer Windows and macOS

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and administration of IT environments, networks, and SaaS applications

• Knowledge of IT process best practices and ability to implement end-to-end and automate

• Good knowledge of Windows and macOS from an administration and user-support perspective

• Experience managing IT infrastructure, endpoints, networks, and SaaS applications

• Advanced English to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and IT teams in other European countries
